The Babil Sports City is a project launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

The Sport city will be composed of a multi-sport hall, tennis courts, Olympic swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a football stadium, two training fields, a 4-star hotel, a beach volleyball field, a water sports club, an amusement park, two shopping malls and retails, administrative buildings, athletes and hosts housings, two schools, a country club, a polo field, various parking, an artificial lake, a gas station, a medical center, a fire department and a multifunctional tower.
