The building has a modern cross-shaped style which is well matched with the Al Rusafa Stadium as it is part of the same project.
The two main facades of the hotel correspond with the north and south.
The effect of earthquakes on the structure has been evaluated through a seismic survey in the area of Baghdad. We took these results into account when we started the building of the edifice.
