Sabyat city was thought as a great residential, commercial and business conglomerate.
Situated in the northwest of Baghdad, the city is directly connected to Baghdad and to the airport. These connections, available through the highways, influenced the design of the city as it eases both the accessibility and the traffic to the town.
An important green area will be set up between the highways creating, in this way, the green lung of the city.
This agglomeration project will be composed of: 10.000 residential units, schools, commercial centers and retails, hospital, administration, green areas.
